The most common
Declaration Restrictions
are Article V, Section 2; Article V, Section 17, and Article V, Section 5.11 of the Declaration for Kendale Oaks, a Planned Community.  A complete listing of restrictions and conditions can be found in your Declaration, starting on page 17.  Policies are available to help clarify some of the more common Declaration issues.

The Violation Process takes place in three steps and is noted in the Enforcement Policy (contained in the Policy Reference Guide).

Contact the Executive Board with General Questions, or to Report a Violation.  (All reporting is kept confidential).

Excepting any original construction by the Declarant, any Exterior Addition or Change is subject to approval.  You may complete an Architectural Request Form to get the process started.  Contact the Property Manager with questions regarding the status of an architectural submission.
